Terms of Use — Size Calculation

Summary: Size Calculation is free. Its measurements and size suggestions are estimates made with a phone camera, so treat them as a guide and check the shop's own size chart before you buy. Measure yourself, or someone who has agreed to be measured. Your measurements go to a shop only when you scan that shop's QR code and confirm.

1. These terms

These terms apply when you use the Size Calculation app (called Beden Ölçer in Turkish) on iPhone or Android. The app is published by Codeo Solutions Limited ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to these terms. How the app handles your data is described separately in the Privacy Policy.

2. What the app does

Size Calculation uses your phone's camera — with the LiDAR sensor on Pro iPhones, or with motion tracking and the height of the person being measured on other phones — to estimate body measurements such as height, chest, waist and hip. When you scan a shop's QR code for a product, the app works out a size from that product's own size chart.

If you confirm on the confirmation screen, the app sends your measurements to the shop whose QR code you scanned. Nothing is sent without that confirmation. The app is free and has no accounts.

3. Measurements and sizes are estimates

Size Calculation's results depend on the phone, the light, the clothes you wear, how you stand and the height you enter. They can differ from a tape measure.

4. Who you may measure

Use Size Calculation to measure yourself, or another person who has agreed to be measured. If that person is a child, a parent or guardian must agree and be present. Do not measure anyone secretly or against their wishes.

5. Sharing with shops

A shop that receives your measurements holds its own copy, and the shop's own terms and privacy policy apply to it. Size Calculation does not sell anything and is not a party to your purchase: prices, delivery, returns and the garment itself are between you and the shop. Only scan the QR code of a shop you are willing to give your measurements to.

7. Changes to the app

We may change, pause or stop parts of Size Calculation, for example when a shop stops offering QR codes or when we improve the measuring. Because the app is free, we do not promise that it will always be available or work on every phone.

8. Liability

We provide Size Calculation as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by an estimate being wrong — for example a garment that does not fit — or by the app being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits a right you have under the consumer law that applies to you, or our responsibility where the law does not allow it to be limited.

9. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date at the top before the change takes effect. Significant changes will also be noted in the store release notes. If you keep using the app after a change, the new terms apply.
